Frequently asked questions
  • Do I do Brazilian waxing for men?
No, I do not offer Brazilian waxing for men.  It is a different technique than for women's Brazilian waxing and I do not offer that at this time.

  • Do I do facials and skin treatments?
At this time I have decided to remove facials from my menu of services.  My schedule is dominated by waxing, and I have chosen to focus on that.  It is my specialty and I always provide the highest quality service possible.  Facials may not be gone forever, but for now, I am focusing on waxing appointments.

  • If you are sick with a cold or flu:
If you have a cold, flu, or other contagious illness, I ask that you please reschedule to when you are better.  My business responsibilities fall on my shoulders and so I do my best not to get sick so that I don't have to cancel my client appointments.  I am also an asthmatic, so colds and etc. affect me a little more severely.  I appreciate the consideration.

  • Why don't you do brows, lip waxes and underarm waxing anymore?
I chose to remove those from my menu of services at this time due to the high demand for my bikini waxing services.

  • Can I buy a gift certificate?
Yes, Gift Certificates are available for any amount or service that I provide.  Please email me for details and information on how to purchase one.

  • What if I am late to my appointment?
My schedule is booked back to back all day in order to accommodate as many requests as possible, so if you are running late please call or email me.  I will not be able to see you if you are any later than 10 minutes.

  • Do I have a cancellation policy?
Yes, I do have a cancellation policy.  I understand that things happen.  If you need to cancel, I require at least 24 hours notice.  Please email me or call or you may cancel your own appointment within the online system by logging in and adjusting your appointments.  24 hours notice is greatly appreciated as I have people who would like to take the spot that opened up and it is polite for me to give them as much notice as possible. I do need to charge a $30.00 missed appointment fee for extremely late notice cancels that are much shorter than 24 hour notice.

  • Will I be able to book again if I do not show up to my appointment without cancelling in advance?
I will not be able to accommodate you again if you do not show up without letting me know that you can't make it.  When an appointment is booked, I set aside that time especially for you and no one else.  Nobody likes to be stood up.  Please call or email me and let me know if you can't make it.  Please do so at least 24 hours in advance if you can.  I really appreciate the notice and am very understanding.

  • Can I have a Brazilian wax if I am under 18 years of age?
I do not wax women under the age of 18 for Brazilian waxing due to all of the hair being removed, front to back.  If you are under the age of 18 and you would like a basic bikini wax, or an extended bikini wax, I can wax you if you have parental consent, which means your parent would need to be with you. That is my policy.

  • If I have Psoriasis, or other skin disorders will you be able to wax me?
I am very careful when it comes to any waxing practice.  I choose to use extreme caution and not wax people with severe Psoriasis or other skin disorders.  Waxing can disrupt the skin further and can cause irritation that could lead to further complications if you already have an issue like an auto-immune disorder such as Psoriasis.  For further information, please click on the link below.  Gentle shaving is the preferred method of hair removal for people with Psoriasis.  Hair Removal and Psoriasis
