At this time I have decided to remove facials from my menu of services. My schedule is dominated by waxing, and I have chosen to focus on that. It is my specialty and I always provide the highest quality service possible. Facials may not be gone forever, but for now, I am focusing on waxing appointments.
Why don't you do brows, lip waxes and underarm waxing anymore?

Can I buy a gift certificate?
Yes, Gift Certificates are available for any amount or service that I provide. Please email me for details and information on how to purchase one.
What if I am late to my appointment?
My schedule is booked back to back all day in order to accommodate as many requests as possible, so if you are running late please call or email me. I will not be able to see you if you are any later than 10 minutes.
Do I have a cancellation policy?
Yes, I do have a cancellation policy. I understand that things happen. If you need to cancel, I require at least 24 hours notice. Please email me or call or you may cancel your own appointment within the online system by logging in and looking at your appointments. 24 hours notice is greatly appreciated as I have people who would like to take the spot that opened up and it is polite for me to give them as much notice as possible.
Will I be able to book again if I do not show up to my appointment without cancelling in advance?
I will not be able to accommodate you again if you do not show up without letting me know that you can't make it. When an appointment is booked, I set aside that time especially for you and no one else. Nobody likes to be stood up. Please call or email me and let me know if you can't make it. Please do so at least 24 hours in advance if you can. I really appreciate the notice and am very understanding.
